Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) How does PersonalValuation
work? After completing the payment
process you will be sent to a confirmation page with your login instructions to
begin taking the assessment(s) you purchased.
Each assessment takes about 20-30 minutes to complete. You will receive your report and the contact
information for a PersonalValuation consultant via
email within one business day of completing your assessment. I was not sent to a confirmation page after payment
and did not receive my login instructions. If you believe you were not
sent to the confirmation page, please email us at support@personalvaluation.com and
provide your name and the email address used to make your purchase. It’s been 24 hours and I have not received my test
results via email. All reports will be emailed
within one business day of completing an assessment. Please check your junk
mail or spam folders. Did you purchase your
assessment(s) with a PayPal ID? If so, it is possible
that the name and/or email address used for purchase is different from the
information provided in the assessment. If
so, please send us an e-mail at support@personalvaluation.com
and let us know the PayPal ID you used to purchase
the assessment and the name of the person who has completed the assessment If you still believe you
have not received your report please contact us support@personalvaluation.com May I buy an assessment for someone else? Yes. Please take note of the
login instructions provided after completion of the payment process and provide
the instructions to the individual the test was purchased for. In addition, you
must send an email to us at support@personalvaluation.com
and provide us with your name and email address (which was used to make the
purchase) and the name(s) of the individual(s) you purchased the assessment(s)
for. Results will only be sent to the
individual(s) that completed an assessment. What if I am buying several assessments for my team,
organization, or company? Simply click the “add to
cart” button next to the assessment you wish to purchase. On the “cart” page
please indicate the appropriate total number of tests you would like to
purchase. After completing the payment process you must take note of the login
instructions and provide them to the individuals who will be taking the
assessments. Most importantly, you must send an email to us at support@personalvaluation.com
and provide us with your name and email address (which was used to make the
purchase) and the names of the individuals who will be completing the
assessments. Results will only be sent
to individuals that completed an assessment. Do you accept purchase orders? We will accept purchase
orders for bulk purchases (more than 25 tests). Please contact us at support@personalvaluation.com
and let us know the amount and type of assessment you wish to purchase and we
will contact you with further instructions. What is your refund policy? All sales are considered
final. In the rare case where we are unable to send you a report due to our own
technical difficulties within one business day of completing your assessment,
